When Im saying I ate off Django...I mean that literally. I was buying pounds of shrimp with the profit I made an .iso file of the first dvd i burnt for myself and it took me 2 minutes to burn if i ever needed one and sold them for 5 bucks...people was copping for themselves and their friends, made me cry at the generosity

and with that being said i copped the blu ray...no more "for your consideration" on the screen

They told consumers everything would drop in price once things started going digital.

The price of music, software, games, books have not dropped in price. The only thing that's dropped is the resell value of all those things.

I understand why people Pirate and I ain't mad at the motto, "If I can get it for free, why not" but its when you pirating fukks start complaining about shyt I get upset.

Don't be bytching about the quality of things if you aren't out here supporting what you like. We all know how these bytch ass companies make their decisions. Its based on what sells or gets the most ratings. If you're bytching about your favorite artist not being able to release more music because his album didnt sell, you're part of the reason.

I like to support the people that bring me entertainment. It's only right. But I ain't a fukking bum so I make money and spend it on things I like. I wouldn't care as much if the piraters actually bought the shyt they found out they liked but they're the first ones to complain and they complain the loudest

Some things I wouldn't pirate out of principle....i.e. any black independent movie/book with a good theme or an artist I really respect.

Anything else is fair game as far as I'm concerned. These artists/companies will still make more money in a year than I'll probably make in a lifetime anyway, so I don't give a shyt.

i find that as my income increases the amount i download becomes less and less. these days the only thing i really download is anime. when i was broke all i did was download though.these days all i really download is Anime and random old songs.

the only thing I haven't downloaded first in the past 11 years was Kendricks Good Kid Maad City

why would it matter, I had a job once that paid decent and that was at the peak of my pirate career

When I was a kid I used to work summers to pay for shytty games. And if a cd is worth buying I would buy it.
In the past year I bought Good Kid Maad City, The Chronic and Wu tang forever. If something is worth supporting I would buy it.
