Anyone family members have arthritis?

Last few days, my moms has been having some real big pain in her knee, so we went to get an xray, and she was diagnosed with arthritis.

They practically told her they couldn't do shyt and she'd have to live with it. I mean she's got the usual weak pain killers, but they don't do shyt.

I just wanna know, since it's fukking common, anyone have experience with their moms and pops having this shyt? What can you do to help? I mean...they have to take it real easy from now and not do much work, true?

My grandfather had it. Exercise and therapy is the key to helping it. If someone stays immobile it only exacerbates the problem.

she should try weed. my aunt has it and the only thing that has helped her is weed she never even smoked weed before she tried it to help her arthtritis pain
