Anyone ever have an Out of Body experience?

You ever tell your parents or did you keep it to yourself? That's some scary shyt. I would have woke up like !!!!!!

I told my mother. As I got older, I realized why she didnt really trip that much and actually believed me.

To be fair, there seems to be "something" going on with certain children born on my mother's side of the family, mostly the females. Even as a girl herself, my mother had experiences. Then, and even now, it seems when someone dies in ways that are not "peaceful", she kind if "experiences" it with them.

As a kid, she was laying in bed one night, said she felt like her body suddenly hit something real hard and she got scared. Hid under the cover to suck her fingers and had them distinctly slapped out of her mouth. Found out a few hours later her favorite uncle had just died in a car accident nearby. Every time he would catch her sucking her fingers, he would slap her hand away.

Another time she woke up in the middle of the night, scared and panicky as shyt for no reason. Woke up and found out my auntie had had a stroke in her sleep during the same night, and they kept her on life support before deciding to let her go, though she already had really passed thst night during the stroke.

Few years ago, she was laying in bed again when she started feeling a distinct burning in her chest out of nowhere and this feeling of panic and dying. Said she couldnt really breathe, that it came out of nowhere and freaked her out. Next thing she knows, her brother is calling to tell her his son got shot outside a 7-11 in the chest by some trifling muthafukka who left him there die, which he did.

Sorry for the essay....the paranormal stuff seems to be a thing with my family. I put a story on here not too long ago about my oldest child's toys coming on in the middle of the night...but hey

When I was 5 I had a dream that my mom was chasing me around the house. The house was a weird blue hue. I crawled under my bed on my stomach and turned on my back, when i looked up, the mattress was gone and she was peering down on me, no eyes , just the sockets.


When I was 10, me and my moms stayed up watching movies, pops had to work late so we was chilling.
We both fell asleep in the living room. I felt a slap in my face and it woke me tf up.
i sat up and my mom was K.O.ed on the other sofa, back towards me. and we were the only ones in the crib

Did that ever happen again? You being hit in your sleep but no one was in the room. My youngest brother says that happened to him before. I just told him he hit himself but I only did that because I didn't want to delve into no creepy stuff

Do you think the differences between the astral realm and the physical realm are symbolic or a sign? Like maybe the deli in the physical world is a cave for a reason in the astral realm.

That I have no idea. But I do remember reading that there are different levels to the astral realm. The higher up you go supposedly the more "heavenly" it is.

Edit also people claim to see different things on the astral realm some say there experiences were more heavenlike while others say it was more "cold" or "chilling.

nah, thats why its so clear in my memory. but also what helps is I write down all of my dreams as well. I used to have a couple dreams where I would be falling through the sky too.

one dream i was walking on a small foot bridge (like the feudal Japanese one) and i fell off and landed in the pond but that shyt was deep asf. but i could feel the water, i could breathe. But i felt the wetness and everything

I dropped acid and stayed up the next morning. Drove to the beach and laid out ... around 5pm I got up and drove towards home

Went to a park and sat in my car to chill.... as soon as I closed my eyes it happened... I was next to a baseball field and two people were on the opposite side practicing hitting or whatever

I literally flew up and watched them ... it was the weirdest shyt ive ever experienced of all time, because I knew I was still awake but I wasnt in my body.
I've always meditated and practiced it but thats the first and only time it happened... and it was random

I remember after maybe a minute realizing what was going on... I panicked and I couldnt get back into my body... I had to concentrate mad hard to wake up and snap back into my body

then pop! I was back in my car... I sat there for a minute like yo wtf is going on ... waiting like 5 minutes and went straight home nothing was different when it happened ... it was like remote viewing
almost like if you were playing a video game and just spectating, I'll never forget that shyt ever. And for the record I've tripped hundreds of times and never had this happen ever.



I find alot of shyt people say is typical, not saying they are wrong but I've done DMT and ive never seen that weird shyt people are talking about
or with tripping, never saw anything wild besides walls undulating and shyt
