Also when is the best time to travel there?

My hotel will be right across the street from the Target center....

Theres plenty of black folks in Minny. My sister goes to school there and the place is pretty dope, brah. Chill ass city for real. Nightlife there aint bad, either. Just stumble around when you get there and you're goin out and you'll see a place that catches your eye. Watch what you're wearin tho. My shorts were too long at 2 diff places apparently
