Anyone else tip more when the waiter is black?

whether its waiters at a restaurant or delivery boys I always moved to tip more if the person is black

if they are white I still tip but not as much as I do when its one of our own

Its a "wash" in the end because from what I hear, the black waiters and waitresses go through more discrimination/bias at their work

Cosign...I will say that I've had a handful of black waiters or waitresses and they were some of the best service
