I have literally seen them at the soap dispenser and sink when exiting public restrooms...even when they do decide to wash they quickly sprinkle a few drops of water on their hands and quickly dry off with a paper towel all within a matter of 3 seconds....It seems as if it literally pains them to simply wash up after using a restroom facility .......why?
