The question isn't is what Facebook doing illegal. The question at hand is should it be and to what extent.
Saying lawmakers shouldn't look into issues because it isn't already illegal is about as bad faith of an argument one can make.

Seems like you don't have the range for the discussion to be quite honest. facebook's own internal research shows how problematic their platforms are and your position is basically "well then stop using it", completely ignoring that their platforms are engineered to get people addicted.
