All of her executive orders can be challenged by MAGA Attorneys Generals and judges and if they can get the cases to the Supreme Court it’s most likely surely can be overturned ie Joe Biden’s student loan program. Best case is.If Kamala wins hopefully there is enough down ballot Dem support for the Democrats to win the House of Representatives but last polls I saw had the Republicans winning the Senate. So dems in the house will probably pass some stuff and then the Republicans block everything in the Senate except the both sides stuff like War in Ukraine, Israel, etc . Worst case Scenario GOP wins both parts of congress and they can actively oppose her entire agenda
