Im thinking of moving back to my birth country of Tanzania. Its one of the fastest growing countries on the continent and how to a lot of americans already. But I already have dual citizenship so it's much easier for me than you

that seems to be the problem, bruh. i don't have a technical or medical skill that's in demand so it is going to be difficult to obtain citizenship

yep i think about it all the time, just to 'reboot' my life. i've been to 5 countries, but i'd like to go someplace completely unfamiliar where everything feels like a shock to the senses, then get used to it, and come back here. just got an impulse to do this for some reason...

I've been following this new development off the coast of Lagos, Nigeria called Eko Atlantic. Looks interesting but I have not had a chance to visit Nigeria yet. I know the northeast part of Nigeria is a death trap so I wouldn't be anywhere near there.

My girl's father lives there too with a bunch of family she has never met.

If I ever moved, it would probably be to Bermuda. I can legally work there right away, no application for a permit or anything on account of being a child of someone from there.

Japan, but from the 989
Travel to different places first for extended periods of time. There are a lot of pitfalls by living in different countries that you may not be ready for. Banking, language, the general culture, food....So on and so on. But America is just going to be America at the end of the day. They are going to continue fukking people over because no one is going to do shyt about it. Student Loans, Social Security. It's not going to stop until a group of people get together and get serious....rioting...burning down buildings or killing politicians in public. But other than those drastic things nothing else will change the course the country is on.

That would be difficult. Bhutan, in Asia, is recognized as one of the most secluded countries in the world and would be a perfect fit for you if you're serious about changing your life situation.

To the OP, financially you are better off in the US since it would be difficult to settle in an find a good paying job anywhere else.

Except for the pop culture and religion part, this. I'm working on getting a degree and later a CELTA so I can be an esl teacher. Hopefully I can wind up settlin down somewhere abroad, and only come to the states to visit family. Other than that, so long USA....

I have lived in NY most of my life, however i was born in the U.K. On account of being a British citizen, i could move instantly to anywhere in Britain/Northern Ireland without an issue. A few times i found myself without healthcare/dental, at times when i needed it. That, among many other things, seriously give me doubts that i should settle down, and raise children here. I also have the "right," to live and move as a British citizen to any EU country i believe. Which is dope.
