Anyone commute to work by bicycle?

Yeah, I'm hoping I can do it March to October. I literally live next to lakeshore and work in west loop, it's 30-35 minutes for me and I don't have to ride most of it in the street.

I'm thinking about hitting the bike path along LSD to downtown when I'm forced to work in the office a few days a week. I'm about 9 miles away from downtown & got a bike last month. Not sure if I'll do it daily, but definitely if/when festival season and Bears games starts snarling up traffic on LSD.

Quick word of warning to y’all.

I been riding for 25 years, I consider myself a top cyclist.

I got hit from the back from somebody not looking on Monday. Facial reconstructive surgery, broken nose, broken cheekbone, more surgery to come.

The shyt is real, I’m legit with this road stuff, it only takes one person to not look though.

Be careful out there.

if i llved closer to where i work (and was actually going into the office), i would consider it...the city my job is in definitely caters to that
