It's a couple good videos and fighting styles you can view on YouTube. I practice with the knife I would want to fight with which is a usually a short fixed blade like a neck knife that I can quickly deploy. My goto would be that shank I got wrapped in paracord and been known to carry a razor blade in my mouth due to my environment. I practice real world techniques like giving a nikka a quick buck fifty or quick stabs to the ribs or slashes to the neck using the figure 8 technique.

This a good option I used to have but lost it. Hideaway knives are great and concealed easily
