Anybody take Animal Pak?

U hear good things about Evlution vitamode multivitamins? I jus& switched over and on my 2nd day, Amazon had a coupon that made em half the price of animal Pak and for a 2month supply, I've seen nothing but good reviews but wanted to ask someone on here

I take vitamins...but im not convinced they really do anything.

Last I read...scientist also dont agree on wether or not they work.

Just like you already know the science shows that the food based ones work...But they don't work that well. If someone has a decent diet they don't really need it...I know I don't eat much fish so I use Fish oil.
