don't waste your money my G...You are better off getting a flinstones vitamin and a good omega fish oil. Vitamin Pak is just a bunch of under dosed bullshyt that they want you to take 2 times a day when you are just going to piss most of it out.

U hear good things about Evlution vitamode multivitamins? I jus& switched over and on my 2nd day, Amazon had a coupon that made em half the price of animal Pak and for a 2month supply, I've seen nothing but good reviews but wanted to ask someone on here
