Anybody suffer from overall lack of energy?

Gotta bring that fappin to a minimum breh, I noticed my energy go up the more I eased myself off that stuff. At best, once or twice every 3 weeks if you need to do it but besides that just sleep well and drink water.

Eat more protein in the day, and less at night. Also, your biggest meals with a lot of protein should be early in the day,like breakfast or lunch. protein helps give you energy. Your large carbohydrate meals should be in the evening as they help you sleep better..

Yeah i gotta drink more water and get more iron. Had a blood test and i tested positive for sickle cell trait. :wow:

not the disease.so basically i just need to counteract anemia :whew:

I'm like that...I exercise regurlarly, eat well and drink 1-2 gallons of water a day...I've tried to mess with different sleeping arrangements like 7 or 10 hrs,still sluggish...sometimes I yawn during a workout O_0

I always yawn after the very first warm up exercise I do.

Do you have any other symptoms like inflammation? I would sometimes fall asleep 3 times a day and basic everyday actions felt like a big deal cause of how tired i was all the time. I went into the doctors for a bad cough, but they did blood tests which revealed a thyroid disorder. Been taking medicine for it and it has really changed the quality of my life. Def go to the doctor. Im mad at myself that I waited so long.
