Yeah, you know some words here and there but you don't actually know it fluently to say you understand it.They are talking about young people with smart phone. Anyway it says while many short period of time young people outside of the smartphone get abnormal in body increase . What impact it. For smartphone users before secretary is going to increase year by year well I tried sorry
She said "There's an increasing amount of people with unusual body pain in relation to many young users with prolonged usage on smart phones." "What effect does this have? I too have taken a real look into this." Japanese uses lots of context to make up for missing words so sometimes you won't hear a word but the english sub will a word that actually isn't said.
Same thing with subs. I'm not fluent yet either but I notice people who say "I know Japanese!" get a false sense of security from subs where they think they know something because they associate a word or small short phrase to a sub. Like they'll see for example some anime character swing a sword at a monster and scream shi ne! and go "oh that means die!" or dai jou bu when someone is asking someone if they're alright. I don't watch anything with subs at all. I don't understand 100% but I can sometimes depending on the content follow along the plot or gist of what's going on.
Edit; Here's the clip i recorded.
