Wanna learn the language and speak it within three years. So, what's the best way to learn it?

That's a tall order to become "fluent" but thanks to the internet it's possible. Immersion is the only way that quickly.

Go to Japan and immerse yourself in the culture. You'll learn some words and sentences quickly. It worked for me.

Like someone else said, if you can afford to, move to Japan, as that is the best way to do it. If not, my advice stands true.
