Anybody here ever been sent to alternative school?

Got sent to alternative school in 7th grade. For the entire semester. Was busted for selling weed in school. The messed up part was, it wasn’t completely built yet. So they kept us on campus in one room all day. Only time we got free time and saw the other kids, was when they had us clean the hallways and cafeteria. But when we finally got shipped to the actual alternative school, I realized it was real. I felt bad for the ppl they hired to watch us (teachers)
Fights , fights and more fights . We would fight in the morning, the afternoons over volley ball and basketball matches. The crazy thing is ,that they bought us gaming systems and weight sets. And we were able to earn time to play video games by not getting in trouble. That shyt was all stolen by the second week.

Yes, from 1st grade till 3rd grade. But the middle school I went to might as well have been an alternative school coz it was pretty bad. Kids who got kicked out of other schools ended up in my school.

I wasn’t worried about that. Me and him had almost come to blows a few times by then.

He’s just overbearing and an a$$hole. Not just strict.. he told me that if I don’t like how he runs the house so leave and I left

I think I just would’ve been more stable and more on a path to success… similar to my little sister who also couldn’t wait to gtfo either.

I didn’t grow up in any kind of real stable environment for too long.. kinda why military really wasn’t as big of a deal as I thought it would be.

Moms is more money minded, pops is more education minded so it kinda explains me as more of a lil of both unorthodoxly. My other sister is 2 years older than me.. I went from being in her classes with her friends copying off my shyt to saying fukk school… eventually just tested out

I did after 9th grade..

My first year there was rough and sad due to being disgruntled over getting kicked out. I was struggling at home and school and it lead to a bunch of conflicts. I was on some “You better stay away from me if u know what’s best “.

My second year there, I accepted my fate there and didn’t let those bums break me. I was getting good grades and focused on walking the stage the next year. I stood tall and got my service learning hours done as well.

Third year paid off well. I only had 4 classes. All easy.

I was the salutatorian for the class of 2015. My Dad got to watch hit the stage.

Got off of school at 12:20PM, my school opened at 7AM.


It was cool to an extent. Some of those teachers were very rude to the kids and provoked em into getting rough so they can restrain em.
