I usually get mine from the fish markets down here (I’m right on the Gulf of Mexico)
Yeah they got veins but at least them hoes are fresh. I prefer them boiled, not fried. The fish markets will boil them there so most of the time I’m not doing all that shyt. Same with crawfish. The yellow part when you break it above the tail has the most flavor but you know what it is…..
