you gotta control your breathing so you don't pass out. Close up your epiglottis on the way down and breath out lightly on the way up. Keep your calfs and legs tense the whole time to stop blood from rushing out of your headI would probably die trying it. I mean 10 reps of squats is my limit. doing 3 x 10 front squats @ 185 felt like the end of me.
