Sleep Right .....
This shyt be having me getting the best sleep of my life but the problem is it only works if I take it like once every 3 to 4 days. This insomnia is kicking my ass tho.
It was prescribed to me as an alternative to ativan. Slept well but the dreams were some of the most vivid and bizarre I've ever had. I stopped taking them.
Thinking about starting to take this. Any other suggestions / input?
i dont think it has that affect. its not like tylenol pms..its a supplement. it helps you get on a sleeping pattern...not just fall asleepI'm afraid of becoming too dependent on it. Only reason why I haven't started taking it
