Anybody else think that NBA players use PED's?

Nope, he put in 2 years of hard work and practice :birdman:

The fact of the matter is that even with HGH/steroids/whatever he would have had to put in 2 years of hard work and practice to get where he is today.

Fans act like you take one needle and suddenly you just become a great player with no training in between.

I was watching hardwood classic with some old nuggets game last night with Iverson and Melo and the announcers were giving props to birdmans "unhuman levels of energy" and that he was "the pound for pound strongest player in the League" :dead: at him getting caught roiding not much later and falling off

I think the rigged officiating in the NBA is the bigger scandal. Until that is addressed, PED's should remain an afterthought.

I would def bet money that Wade has used HGH or some type of supplements to aid in his recovery in the past. Most of the time these guys are using these things for recovery and to keep playing. That's how you're seeing guys coming back from catastrophic injuries like nothing or without pain.

I wish I still had this article from ESPN Mag back in the day but there are literally dozens upon dozens of HGH and other hormone enhancers that you can use to stimulate and increase muscle growth and recovery to get over fatigue or injuries.

Some of these things are actually applicable like lotion and they can virtually detectable on drug tests within a day or two.

I think that some people just automatically assume that people who have a high level of athleticism/speed/power/physique are on some type of performance enhancment drug. And many times they are not. I'm not saying that people don't use PED's. But their are so many people out there that are just God blessed with raw talent and are strong as oxes.

The combination of strenious scientific spefic training regiments, healthy diet/nutrition, genetics and overal raw athleticism is the common denominator for athletes such as Westbrook, LeBron, Adrian Peterson, Barry Sanders, Brandon Marshall, Usain Bolt etc. I think that some people see these athletes perform at elite levels and exibit athletic feats at levels that the average person can not comprehend, the automatic thing they assume that no human being can actually do that without juicin etc.

And in many cases, that's unfair
