Do you feel violence is acceptable because you feel someone disrespected you? That’s a lot of fights. There seems to be a lack of coping skills and conflict resolution.

I think physical violence is natural to humans as it is to all animals. We pretend to be civilized but we are worse than animals who mainly kill for food.

As I said before i grew up around daily violence, kids and adults.

As an adult, i avoid conflict bcuz I know I can go from 1-10 in an instant. But I've never been bullied. So if someone is picking on me, he's going to have to beat my azz everytime he wants to bully me. That's just how I was wired and raised.

To be honest, people make it really hard to be civil nowadays. People came out of lockdown different. Now, nobody has any manners, people drive like homicidal/suicidal maniacs. Gen Z thinks everybody is a joke because they are used to hiding behind a screen with a fake persona trolling everybody all day, so they think they can troll people in real life with no consequences. People are ego maniacs who try to make IG a reality. Everybody is a fake super thug from the burbs to the hood because of rap music and social media.

Nowadays, it takes a lot of self control and restraint to do regular shyt. Because some ego driven fool might try to test you with their passive aggressive behavior. Some bytch might tell her hot headed boyfriend you are staring at her when you not paying them no mind. Saying you feral feral feral like that gym cac bytch that went viral for her social media induced mental illness dissociation episode. Someone young boys who listen to too much drill think they are these fictional super killer characters rappers make up in their rhymes.

I own zero firearms but everyday I contemplate getting a concealed carry permit. But I feel that it’s a set up because the blue states that just passed concealed carry for the masses don’t have sturdy self defense laws or stand your ground laws.

It’s jist better to be the bigger man these days and let people slide for their passive aggressive bullshyt. Most people on this forum around 40 now. Time to grow the fukk up.
