What car do you have? If you aren't running a flex fuel vehicle and are using full tanks of E85

Don't walk in the dealer/shop talking about "I didnt know"

Well, here in Birmingham it's not cheap enough to be worth buying. If it was $.50 - $.60 cheaper I would be all over it. But it's been some cases where E85 has been a nickel more than regular gas. I do put E85 in my car from time to time to clean my engine but other than that, until it's $.50 to $.60 cheaper than I'll just stick to regular gas.

That's another thing about E85, when I use it, I lose about 60-80 miles off a tank of gas compared to using a tank of regular gas. That's another reason why I don't get E85 often.

so if you're losing 20% of your mileage, and the gas is 20% cheaper, you're really not gaining anything other than more trips to the gas station to be honest.
