A normal diet is supposed to be 2500 for a male so you're eating less than half which is way too much.

A normal diet is supposed to be 2000. that's one less meal and im replacing bad food with healthier choices. I dont see the problem. Im not a big dude. i dont need 3000 calories a day to live. I would understand if i said 800 calories or something. I dont look sickly or anything like that. I didnt say that i was only drinking tea as my only source of food either. Its fundamental, if you want to lose weight: Eat less, eat healthy, and exercise. thats exactly what im doing.


damn you straight starvin your body. a grown ass man at 1200 cal a day. It doesn't matter how big or small you are, thats that struggle diet. shyt one of my protein shakes has more calories than that.

It is possible to take in 2000 healthy calories and lose weight just as fast if you are working out like you are supposed to.

Yeah but the point is that the tea has nothing to do with your weight loss. You may as well save your money.

If you're overweight you would still lose weight on 2k calories unless you're like 5'6.

You only really need to dip below 1700 if you're around 12% bodyfat and want to get to 10% or below for most people.

However, if you're 5'6 that does change everything.

if you're 5'8/9 and above. Overweight AND doing cardio - you would lose weight on 2,000 and be able to maintain that lifestyle better.
