I have severe allergies/post nasal drip (basically my nose runs 24/7 and never stops) and I'm starting to have the same problem
any solutions?
Maybe vitamin c...I used to sneeze and have a runny nose. I started blending oranges (Nutribullet) and after drinking juiced fruits (once a day) it stopped instantly.
You probably dont need a 100 dollar Nutribullet but it really turns anything you put in it into complete juice. Try buying oranges and putting them in the blender and drink 2-3 oranges every morning...day 1 you will feel the difference.
