I had to switch location on my VPN from Las Vegas to Atlanta and then everything started working fine.

Reply box, search function, the go to first unread button, the scroll to the top of the page button, and the list of forums button at the bottom all didn't work until I switched.

how do you turn of Java script for all sites except this one in chrome?

I got it to work but had to turn if off for all sites.

Chrome has a site exception button when you opem the JavaScript enable tab.

You have to add the sites you want to except one by one.

You're better off just toggling it on and off as you go. You're going to have to allow JavaScript at some point to do the capcha or see a popup anyways

still cant quote even when disabling JS in Chrome. Also, looks like the coli servers are denying connections using Safari browser even after logging in successfully (im guessing its having trouble handling sessions with Safari as User-Agent....Im not a webserver guy)
