i got tendinitis in my elbow right now breh. its killin mei use them...resistance bands workouts are underrated. when i cut out lifting altogether for 2018...i was doing those to keep the tone...lowkey it also helped me in getting over the tendinitis i was dealing with in my arms and i didn't lose too much when i started lifting again in 2019

I lift weights. I have no use for resistance bands and have never used them for anything outside of doing pull-aparts.
