shopgoodwill.com was the lick about a decade ago, but it's possible to get lucky on stuff. as general rule, check thrift and church-based second hand stores in and just outside of posh areas: goodwiil of Orange County can be especially fruitful. Everything I\but the House (ebth.com) has good stuff if the sale is in your home market. I used to body estate sales when there were New England listings. Lastly, check local storage facilities for locker auctions. Come ups can be made.

U
our thrift stores must be trash. I go there a lot with my daughter she shops for clothes there. The only thing i can ever find is old toys for my kids and kitchen utensils/equipment
You have to go to the rich neighborhoods. Only thing is, the clothes tend to be sizes 2, 4, and 0, lol.

Hit the jackpot today

Went in there last weekend, found a PS3 phat on sale from $129 down to 33. Sold it today for $90 locally.

Went back today and found a boatload of classic games. Only planned on spending $90 ended up spending $333. :wow:

It's usually not too common finding all of this at once but wow I was blown away. Gonna flip all this for a nice chunky profit.

Those Pokémon games had no business being at a thrift store. Great find.

Only really gotten novels there in recent times. If I was into much older electronics I could see myself buying more stuff. Haven't gotten into that hobby, yet.

I was shocked as I hardly ever see Pokemon games that old anywhere except for Retro video game stores. I snatched it up quickly. Finding classic gems for bargain prices are always thrlling. Sometimes they go stupid with the prices as they had a sealed copy of Katamari Damancy for PS2 for freaking $250. On Ebay that game goes for at most $10~20. Someone probably saw one inflated listing by error and priced it like that.

@winb83

Can’t believe I found this rare game just sitting there behind the glass. Copped it for $150 along with Zelda OOT GC. There was a bunch of other old gems there like FF Origins PS1.
