Every couple of months. 12 hours at 225 in the oven. I should thaw the pork I got sitting in the freezer and get me one in :patrice:

Next I do it Im just gonna smoke it and sear it in the oven before I put it in the slow cooker.
I smokes it over apple and pecan wood.

I finished in the oven because my charcoal ran out and at the time I was inexperienced with controlling the heat and with a shoulder it hits a temperature stall .
