Yeah but you already bought everything and a lot of unnecessary things at that! I think you are confusing introvert with minimalist lol
But I feel you I be in the house with all my ish too. I recently went 9 days after thanksgiving without eating outside food lol.
I think you are mixing up the amount of activity/possessions with minimalism.
I've been at it so long, I've accumulated a couple of items that would keep me good if I went off the grid.
Minimalism isn't just having few possessions, it's clearing clutter, not making waste or producing trash.
You aren't a minimalist eater if you have an unlimited amount of pop tarts, because the amount of packaging (boxes and the cellophane) causes a lot of waste/trash.
With my tablets that I generally use as a reader (mad collection of e books - if it's digital, I can find it). I don't need bookshelves. And since I can annotate on those files, I don't need paper notebooks and pens. I used to hoard books. Id read them but since I bought them cheap, they'd sit on the shelf, if occasionally read them again but doing that with every book means now you have over 500 books and multiple bookshelves, it's clutter.
I have a smart chessboard that plays games via AI with no internet. Again, no clutter, no waste.
Guitar/keyboard produces music, no waste.
Having a minimalist mindset clears your mind as well as your physical space of trash and clutter.
For some people that's having 3 pairs of pants and 3 shirts. For others eating the same meal every single day. One can be very active and have much more hobbies and possessions yet still be a minimalist.
