Gotta be real careful. Honestly, I wouldn't drive my e-bike at night and on major highways.

Won't catch me out at 2 am when drunk mf's are driving.

People also need to be wearing protective gear.. full face helmet, protective jackets, pants, proper shoes/boots, gloves etc.

We got several off road scooters, that max out at 40 mph.
8-900 , but it rides so smooth.
Great for road trips. We like to stop at ghost towns, and explore on the scooters.

Riding a scooter has taught me that some drivers have 0 awareness or just don't give a fukk about pedestrians or bikes/scooters. And these people are sober.

In person i've seen people riding on the shoulder of major highways like route 1.

But you can find videos online of people riding it anywhere, not following any traffic rules.. blowing past stop signs, red lights, riding on sidewalks etc
