Tell her to start taking biotin or a hair, nail and skin vitamin. Pre-natal vitamins are great too. She needs to increase the protein in her diet too because that helps.

Do she keep her hair in a ponytail alot? My lil girl hair was coming out in the brush comb or w/e shyt didnt seem right to me some woman at my girls salon said it was probably in a ponytail too much so we try to not to put em up like that and it worked
