Nashville is in Middle Tennessee and is just as liberal and as fukked up as Memphis. Nashville is not in East Tennessee, you had to have been in Knoxville or Chattanooga to be in East Tennessee.

My bad I've always said East. I've never felt racial tension as thick here as in Nashville though. Maybe cause it's majority black here. It's definitely here but not as in your face.

I feel racial tension all over America. Nashville doesn't seem any more racist than Memphis to me, but then again both of them seem a whole lot less racist to me than Chicago. So there is that.

Knoxville is racist as fukk. I went to a strip of bars by UTK back in like 2012. Drunk white boys riding down the street yelling "whooo! ******s!!". Not to mention how my ex and I were treated during a couple of homecoming festivities.

I don't fukk around over there in East Tennessee. Lots of hillbillies and drugs over there. Nashville, Memphis and West Tennessee are about all I mess around with in Tennessee.

Memphis is aight especially around Collierville now. They built that new mall and the restaurants n' shyt. I was shocked when i went back home to visit.

I grew up in da mound and south Memphis. I only remember the slums. I remember when Wolfchase and Hickory Ridge use to be the white upscale areas.

I moved out my mom's crib in like 04 when I was 17. Went to Chicago then eventually here to Atl. I maybe visited Memphis like 10 times tops since.

My folks are from Fayette County, but I grew up in Chicago. Collierville and all of that shyt is overpriced. The nicest part of Memphis to me is Midtown and that Downtown area. If they put some money into that Downtown area out to Midtown then that City would be hard to top. There are a lot of old nice beautiful neighborhoods in Memphis that are just waiting for revitalization.

I live in Huntsville,AL but drive to Nashville for work. No real reason for me to live there...Traffic way too heavy for an area with it's population. They need to add some toll roads. It is a fast growing area though. Yes, white people love it. Country music and all of that. Housing prices have gone way up recently. Good for people selling, I don't know about those buying right now though...

Yea. I was staying in Lombard by Wheaton for a minute. Too many cacs and racial antics, so I moved off 79th south side... bad idea #2. I left all that shyt moved to the A. shyt been sweet minus my issues with the law and liars.

Yeah, doesn't make any sense. My sis was looking to move up there and buy a house (Murfreesboro). She lives in Memphis right now. She rethought that and is buying a house in Huntsville now (better quality, more space, cheaper)...
