Any legal ramifications of owning a roller coaster/ferris wheel/ tilt a whirl in my front yard/backyard/side of my house in North Carolina?

I
:manny:
You would need really good insurance, and talent to run/maintain the rides because you WILL get sued. It doesn’t matter if only family uses it, one of them will figure that if you have enough to put an amusement park ride in Your yard you will have enough cash to involuntarily spread the wealth… ESPECIALLY North Carolinians.
mean it would only be for me and family nobody else so I wouldn't really need insurance

If you black they gon spray paint all kinda maga and n*ggers on your carnival rides.

I wouldn’t wish North Carolina on my favorite enemy
I mean one of my great aunts was killed at her prom by a white man with a shotgun. What's crazy is decades later or at least years later idk how long after my dad picked up a hitchhiker and it's the same person who drove the white guy with the shotgun to go kill her. Idk if it's the same family member or another one they basically put a little drivable pathway in the family funeral over her grave so every time we'd drive back there to visit family we'd be running over her grave :mjcry: But I ain't notice racism/prejudice like that here in the area my family mostly in/the areas they in. Them older white women at the fast food joints sure do treat me much better than the young black chicks here in atlanta
