lol @ that go to response of, "Well at least he's not rapping about bytches, rims and gold teeth on every song." Terrible.

The go to response is that he makes music that he resonates with and relates with.

His subject matter is extremely close to him, and he acts on it.

And he manages to get a lot of people to care too.

What's wrong with that?

Randomly decided to put Revolutionary Vol. 1 and 2 back into rotation for the first time since like 2005. Both albums aged well. His flow really wasn't THAT bad until his later albums. There was definitely a point in time when it was "cool" to hate on him. He hasn't really done right by his fans not dropping a new album in over 10 years, but he would for sure still have a strong fanbase in today's political climate if he did decide to release some new shyt.

Revolutionary Vol 2 is to me the 2nd greatest hiphop album ever (DMX it's dark and hell is hot being #1)

Immortal almost 20 years ago on his forum wrote a post predicting the future of hiphop, basically said it would be the nonsense it is now eventually being took over completely and becoming pop and then it would be reborn again from it's roots with underground rap

One of the lamest rappers of all time. He's way too corny for me to consider playing some of his music.

Dawg went to a prestigious university to pretend he's a tough guy in front of lame cacs :mjlol:

My favorite immortal technique moment is when he got destroyed by iron solomon who wasn't even rapping on beat. That's basically his career in a nutshell.
