there is an app called madbarz which i use, it has a range of body weight workouts for different parts of the body. shoulder and chest workouts consist mainly of cycles of push up variations, dips and pull up/ chin ups. it's free so you might want to check that out.Need to get my shyts up there

My cousin when he was locked up he said every morning he took a deck of cards and whichever card he flipped over he did a pushup. I might try it.
I tried it got half way through the deck had to stopAs in according to the number? (ie. Club of sevens - he does 7 pushups, heart of 3 he does 3 pushups etc)
