You have DB's or BB's?

Shoulders are easy with raises, standing military presses and side laterals.Chest is harder but I'd go with various push ups and weighted ones if you can do them. I'd spend the money on a cheap bench :manny:

plenty of options. Pike press will do wonders for your shoulders. For chest you can do pushups or dips (get creative with some furniture)

My cousin when he was locked up he said every morning he took a deck of cards and whichever card he flipped over he did a pushup. I might try it.:lupe:

Any proven techniques yall know?

Got a set of weights(no bench) :mjcry:
there is an app called madbarz which i use, it has a range of body weight workouts for different parts of the body. shoulder and chest workouts consist mainly of cycles of push up variations, dips and pull up/ chin ups. it's free so you might want to check that out.
