I saw the Free Dopeboy Ra drop, but didn’t know what was up. Honestly I don’t really know anything about him outside of the music. Can definitely tell he’s authentic though from how he speaks about things, but I guess that may be part of the problem too lol.

I don't know a ton about him other than he's had a few different phases. went by Young Capone during his SoSoDef time, then it was RaRa when he was running around with Grand Hustle, he started going as Dopeboy Ra once he got serious about the indie shyt. think he had a pretty rough childhood, somehow he witnessed his best friend's suicide so he's probably got a lot of demons...
they rereleased a lot of his shyt on DSPs recently, kinda glad too because the mixing and mastering on the original versions made it a little hard to listen to
my favorite project of his is prolly dope sell itself 2...feels like he started to fall off around the time of dope sell itself 5. with the right production I feel like he's got a classic album in him
