Any Dope scenes in Bad Movies?

Nobody really remembers this Pacino movie and for good reason, it's your run of the mill boring political drama that just crawls at a snail's pace. This scene is up there with Pacinos best tho

This was 9ne of the 1st movies I ever bought, it was already old by the time I got it but I remember getting a dvd player for Christmas and I went to blockbuster and i think it was like buy 2 get 2 free or something like that and I got this movie. I loved it at the time but it's been redone so many times that it doesn't stand out anymore besides having Pacino in it.

Imagine my dissatisfaction when I found out Pacino was hardly in it. This movie also made me hate John Cusack's acting with his on again off again accent. It did have a good premise and had the script or in this case "scripts" been in more capable hands(Scorsese)it might have been so much more.
