I just got into crossfit to combine with my
MMA training and I have no idea wtf the workouts mean on the board. Wtf is an EMoM
And clean and jerks Is
Just lifting from
The ground and dropping?
and murph workout?
Push jerk? Split jerk
Help a breh on his quest

I did it a few sessions before and it can be a great workout if you put yout all into it.

If done correctly (form) crossfit can def improve your fitness
Id get the basics down before worrying about time

Just do interval training, no rest between supersets and keep your heart rate up.


At the end of the day Crossfit is just high rep lifting without any rest periods and different name.


Example -

After you do your pullups, go right into doing pushups, after you're done with pushups go right back into pullups.


Once you're done with a set of bench, start doing step ups on the bench itself instead of resting.

We dont do Crossfit here :yeshrug:

It's kinda bullshyt.... and kinda dangerous. Running separate cardio and strength training programs isn't as fun, but it's a lot safer and more effective :manny:
