Yeah I need to chill with the sugar intake but I notice the drop in energy fast. It’s hard to maintain that perk without it

Your body eventually adapts. You just have to fight through it for a couple weeks

I don't drink soda or eat pasteries like I used to. I haven't used sugar for anything in years. But I'm not giving up juice. Nor am I giving up tea and honey. :demonic:

I’m on day 1 so far and it’s very easy for me... I haven’t experienced any withdrawal symptoms or cravings... then again I quit smoking and drinking cold turkey no problem...

I didn’t focus on the change. The reason my whole family stopped taking sugar it’s coz my mom got diagnosed with diabetes. So we all stopped taking sugar just to support her. Although, a lot of people including my friends and sister compliment my skin. I am dark skinned (kinda like tyrese). All I hear it’s that it has a glow to it. Might be coz of low sugar content, might be coz I take a lot of h2o or might be coz of taking fish oil. Lol. You be the Judge.

Quitting sugar wasn’t tough for me. I will tell u what was tough.......smoking blunts.

Speak on it. What differences did you notice and how much did you have to switch your life up in order to be able to make that change?

A quick glance at the labels on 90% of store bought things shows they've been spiked with the white but on the other hand self prep = better quality components for nicer meals with no extra crap thrown in but it comes at the cost of convenience so its a tightrope.

Definitely something I'm going to work on but unlike caffeine which I kicked cold turkey this seems like its going to have to be a dial down the intake over a period kind of thing before making that transition.

I ain’t deading sugar for nobody, I also excercise though so it ain’t a problem.

That's not how it works. Sugar can still contribute to increased risk for cancer and even things like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Doesn't matter if you fit or not sugar is still poison. shyt causes inflammation in your body in the same fashion an injury causes local inflammation. But being fit does help prevent diabetes and heart disease, so keep killing that, but doing mistake fitness for health.

I've been doing a modified Keto diet for the past 5 years. So much energy, a lot cheaper on the wallet, and better gains in the gym. It's a life cheat code. Also makes me much more clear headed throughout the day. Stopped napping. Even after I smoke a blunt, I still be ready with energy even when jus chillin.

All I fukk with are the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Tarts, chocolate donuts, or ice cream.

Every blue moon I might have a bowl of cereal, but it's super rare.

My job is strenuous, so I burn that shyt off quick.

Trying to. Pretty much have started giving up soda, and I only had one so far this month, which was a smaller can, and three last month Juices and Teas are next. Bread will be the hardest.

Update us with how it goes please, day three will be interesting :lupe: Also watch out for how your mind sneakily gets it fix by making you want to eat something else that doesn't instantly scream "sugar" to you but is still packed with it.
