i like to cook with yogurt, in place of most things that requires cream or milk. My spicy curry always gets mixed with some plain yogurt to cool it off a bit. And smoothies of course.

Trader Joes Cookie Butter (melt in microwave for 25 seconds) add a couple dashes of almond milk as soon as you take it out.

Add

Greek Yogurt and Some Granola

Cut Up some Fruit and toss in

Chobani is the best, and it's not even close. Chobani strawberry is so fukking good. Their vanilla and peach are good as well
