Is it true that a comic writer wrote that Clark Kent is constantly shaking his head ever so slightly at an insane speed to obscure his face from looking like Superman's?

That and most people in the DCU don't even think Superman has a secret identity. They just think Superman is out being Superman 24/7, why would he need a secret identity at all? Especially because Clark Kent can be at his desk and in less than a second Superman will appear and fly by the window of the same office Clark was in.
