Both China and Japan need immigrants because of their demographic crisis. In both countries, there aren't enough young people to take care of all the senior citizens that will retire in the next decade. China also has the added issue of a shortage of women specifically for their young men
And both of these issues ignoring their shrinking econ mic base due to unsustainably low fertility rates
