Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high


We now know exercising, vegan diet, heat and cold exposure and delay the aging process.

In this thread we help each other live a long youthful life!

So let’s start with looking younger. Be sure to put on sunscreen and tretinoin cream help reverse signs of aging

Also try to incorporate intermittent fasting and daily exercise into your routine.

I'm 38. I wish I still had hair, but I think I'm holding up well. I'm just starting to get some noticeable grays. I'm eating better, exercise 4+ times a week, cutting down my drinking...I think I'm going to age fairly barring some catastrophic injury or disease.

I'm taking my skincare more seriously. I'm putting different types of lotions and shyt on to preserve my shyt. I don't want to get them dark bags under my eyes...I don't think nothing else makes you look older.
