JaMarcus isn't a good comparison for AR15 though
JaMarcus was a way better passer and by a mile but he wasn't much of an athlete and once he got on lean, he became Jared Lorenzen Jr.

Richardson is going to be a decent NFL passer but his career will look more like Culpepper than people think. He's elite at deep balls. Solid intermediate. Poor short. Solid behind LOS. He's gonna be a better NFL player than college for sure like Dameon Pierce was who graduated Florida as well but last year.

The heights
If he has the Work ethic like hurts or fields and is drafted to the right team (Carolina) I think he can be a superstar his potential is through the roof. He has to work on his footwork and happy feet put things can be corrected with the right coach

QB school (who is a former NFL QB) did a pretty good video on his strengths and weaknesses. His problems are easily fixable and has to do with his inconsistent footwork

A lot of these young quarterbacks are coming into the league with worse mechanics that can easily be fixed.
