definitely agree , and that would be great objectively . Actually the fact that this situation transpired the way it did , is already bringing more value than a pic or autograph

but

1. That wasn’t Anthony Mackie’s intentions

2. The kid just wanted a pic

and you never know what a small experience like taking a picture with your fav person might do to someone’s confidence ..

There is no obligation for celebrities to sign signatures , but its a little black kid with his guardian urging you, it doesnt hurt to just take a few minutes and to get the kid happy and create a smile on peoples face, never get too proud and always be humble, he should have just took the picture and signed the autograph
