HipHop and NBA. Old fans/players and young fans/players always disrespecting each other.

Imagine derrick henry disrespecting barry sanders or Randy Moss tryna downplay JJ or chase.

You see it, what Ant says is dumb as hell but he is 23 and has been raised in an era/culture where it's cool to shyt on the past and those that paved the way for him :snoop:

Players today are bigger, stronger, taller, and more athletic then they’ve ever been in history. This isn’t even up for debate.
Did you even read the article?

For one theirs been no advancement in gym or training during these time periods. Or supplements or diet. So how would people be stronger, taller or more athletic? What advances in the gym or dieting has happened since the 90s?

If anything the high cost of entry into AAU programs has diminished the potential talented player pool. Would be a strong argument in it self that the best young athletes ages 8-15 arent getting into the best leagues due to money restraints, not talent. Which means the talent in those leagues, which are developmental leagues are not filled with the best available players. But the players in these high money entry leagues are more likely to make it into college/nba

This gotta be the ultimate heel turn since Ant is the favorite current day player of every NBA head that's still stuck in the 80s/90s.

If he would’ve said MJ was a step forward in skill he’d have a point. The overall package he had you didn’t really see that in one player

I think that's what he really meant. & everyone knows what he's getting at.

But cats want a 22 year old from Georgia to speak with the poise and discernment of a 10 year NBA analyst.

What's funny is YouTube came out when he was like around 10. He was born in '95 and YouTube came out in '05.

I hate this disrespectful azz era. You're shyting on legends. The NFL don't have this problem.

Yes this era is skilled as shooters and dribblers. It's hard comparing eras mostly because of rule changes. Every fukking team jacking up 75 threes a game.
Blame older NBA players for always shytting on their young guys.
