He is to blame.
First, foremost, and most importantly.
In order for a woman to have your baby, she needs your semen.
You carry it around with you. You make it in your body. It cannot be extracted from you, you cannot be tricked out of it. Someone can’t sneak into your house and steal it from you.
You are the one person who controls where your semen is and where your semen goes.
So when you decide to have unprotected sex with someone - you are the one who chose that person, and that person you chose is the person you left it in.
