The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
Lebron is 35 and had his first major injury last year. AD has been injury prone his whole career. There is no guarantee they stay healthy in a deep playoff run. If one of them ho down they are done.

This is so dumb on so many levels for the lakers.

First of all dude was adamant he was going to the lakers next year regardless yet you basically give up control of your draft picks for the next decade and your two best players to get him?

Kuzma is the worst fit of ball and Ingram next to Davis BY FAR

Now you don’t even have the cap space to sign a max guy and you have literally no roster around bron and AD

- Pels will never trade with the Lakers
- Pels think Lakers offer and assets are trash
- Pels prefer Boston
- Danny Aigne Danny Ainge Danny Ainge
- Knicks are in play for AD, Lakers some shyt
- Oh, the Lakers are kinda sorta in the running
- Lakers got AD, but now they got no money for anyone else. fukk em.

fukk Woj and any of these other reporters. They don’t know shyt for shyt....:russ:
Forget Woj, these guys are quoting a random troll Mavs fan who doesn't understand anything

While that maybe true your going off of what may happen, you can say this for everyteam that is top heavy. The bottom line is you have both ad and lebron, those two plus a good rotation will get you deep playoffs, any nba player can get injured teams don't build teams based on being scared there star players are going to get injured.

Aint Woj a bron hater? This stuff is fluid. Wouldn't surprise me if the Lakers create the cap space.

I just hope KL don't go there

The problem is Bron is 34 and Davis is injury prone. This is the NBA equivalent of the Herschel Walker trade the cowboys made.

It might be.

If the Lakers win one title with AD, they will probably think it was worth it.

The Pels have to hit on their draft picks or at least package them for great players. Now if they hit on picks like Jimmy Johnson did......Pels finna be the 90s Cowboys with Zion being their Aikman (never thought I'd compare Zion to Troy Aikman but there it is).

Major props to the pelicans for standing their ground and not giving in.:birdman:

Anthony Davis is a great player and the Lakers had to pay a hefty price for him. That's the way it should be. The era of big market teams taking small market teams Superstars for nothing is over. :birdman:
If they have a star and you want him you have to pay the fair pricemarket for him. No fukking discounts just because you are one of the "legacy teams" that the media loves to parade around as key to the NBAs success AKA Lakers or Knicks or Celtics, etc.

Mad props to the Pelicans Front Office. You now got Zion, the 4th pick, 2 more 1st rounders and two young players coming in. Build on that and you're set for the foreseeable future:salute:

this isnt a good take. you are praising a team for something that was circumstantial. if Lebron isnt involved then this deal doesnt happen. one minute guys are on here saying the Celtics or some other team has better packages than the Lakers and N.O. shouldnt fukk with the Lakers...then the next minute saying the Lakers got fleeced. Which is it?

what you are saying about Big Market/Small Market isnt true either. the shyt is circumstantial. N.O. just happened to be in position to make this move, mainly because AD wasnt going to play there. the Lakers HAD to do this deal. few weeks ago, yall were saying N.O. wasnt going to deal with LAL. said nobody wanted Lakers trash. some of us said the moment Grif got hired that the deal was going to be made with LAL or BOS, because thats WHY they hired Grif in the first place....to deal with these two teams given his connection with both and the Rich Paul element.

so dont be on here acting like N.O. did something so great. they made the best out of their situation because if AD didnt want to play for the Lakers and with Lebron, he couldve waited it out and the best they wouldve gotten wouldve been some trash picks or a salary dump in an S/T. you gonna sit here and play the small market card like the Pels didnt fukk up continuously while they had AD and failed to put a team around him and now thats why they are doing a total reboot. this deal is happening because N.O. has been trash for years.
