I approve of Lebron building a Western Conference powerhouse, the tougher it is out West, the less likely my man Kawhi makes a move to go there. Why leave for the Clippers when you have to fight through a bunch of superteams to even reach the Finals, let alone win it.

Good trade for pelicans as far as Lakers bit of a gamble since lebron getting old , but I guess they going all in. Probably better off getting pieces around them instead or a max guy

Lakers fans so how in the hell are you going to put a roster around him...Lebron is damn sure good about getting youth off of a team that cheap young talent (future 1st) is how you find diamonds in the rough for depth....

Lakers roster:

C: Davis/Wagner
PF: Kuzma/?
SF:James/?
SG:?/?
PG:?/?

They have around 27 million in cap space, The MLE which they could split, and exceptions.

Bron going to be back on those Miami squads, bout to sign the 3rd piece with Kemba. Then go get Wes Matthews, bring Ariza back, sign Collison (please, somebody) and Rondo, Kosta Koufos, and the corpse of Vince Carter. Maybe some combo forward like Rudy Gay.

They don't have the MLE.

Facts. Sets up the Pelicans in the future with good young talent now with Zion, BI, Zo (unless they move him cause they have Jrue), and Hart.

And this couldn’t have came at a better time for the Lakers, just last week people were wondering if the Lakers would even get anyone, now they have AD, pursing Kemba, the Warriors will take a big step back, this is really the Lakers’ best shot at a title in nearly a decade. Of course, the West is still loaded and Milwaukee, Philly, and Toronto (if Kawhi plays) will be problems.
Philly isn't winning shyt until Simmons gets traded or he develops some semblance of a jumpshot.

Toronto...I'll wait until Kawhi makes a move.

Milwaukee...I'll wait until free agency ends. Honestly, the whole NBA could be flipped on it's head by mid-July. We might be talking about the Lakers and Hawks in a Finals game:mjlol:.

Still need another piece. Strong trios as a base win chips.

  1. Bill Russell/Bob Cousy/John Havlicek
  2. Magic Johnson/Kareem Abdul Jabbar/James Worthy
  3. Larry Bird/Kevin McHale/Robert Parrish
  4. Michael Jordan/Scottie Pippen/Dennis Rodman
  5. Walt Frazier/Willis Reed/Dave DeBusschere
  6. Tim Duncan/Manu Ginobili/Tony Parker
  7. Isiah Thomas/Joe Dumars/Bill Laimbeer
  8. Kobe Bryant/Shaquille O'Neal/Derek Fisher
  9. Moses Malone/Julius Erving/Mo Cheeks
  10. Jerry West/Wilt Chamberlain/Gail Goodrich
Need one more piece. Kuzma can't fill that spot IMO. A homerun like Leonard would be three peat status so Im not thinking that big, but they need one more and then a bench,
This fool really put Derek Fisher in with Kobe and Shaq. :smhkobe:
